Chaseman Global expanded its presence and moved into the Americas in 2017.
Our Headquarters are in Sarasota, Florida with regional offices located at the NC Biotechnology Center in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina and Toronto, Canada. In Spring 2023 we opened a regional office in Florianopolis, Brasil that supports our business expansion across LATAM.
We are central to the Life Sciences sector and our commitment to supporting these organisations across the Americas continues to grow and thrive. We pride ourselves on finding passionate people who can contribute to the sustainability of our planet.

Thomas Britze is based in Florianópolis, Brasil and leads our operations across LATAM.

We were invited to become a member of the Council of Distributors and Producers in Agrotechnology (CPDA) in 2022. We can proudly say we are only one of two search firms ever to be welcomed into CropLife, thanks to client recommendations.

Richard Connolly
CEO
Richard is the founder and CEO of Chaseman Global and since 1999 he has been working in Executive Search. Richard’s goal is to build one of the most talented teams of search and delivery specialists within Agriculture.
Richard is heavily involved in the oversight of the retained and exclusive business across our global footprint. He is also responsible for Chaseman Global's international development, leading the firm's expansion into the Americas in 2017.
