In 2012, Chaseman Global's first home was born from humble beginnings in Knutsford, UK. We recruit in 21 European countries, and our work within EMEA has seen a 400% growth over the last three years. Here, we support global clients across agriculture with expertise in our sub-sectors based in the UK. Fast-forward to 2021, we launched our Switzerland office, our second in EMEA and moved our home in the UK to Alderley Park.

Phil joined Chaseman Global in 2018. Working his way up through the business, Phil is now a key part of the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for the strategic management of EMEA. Phil has been working with AgTech for five years, supporting some of the world’s biggest and fastest-growing companies with their hiring needs. With 14 years of recruitment experience under his belt, Phil is well-positioned for supporting businesses across Agriculture.
